The 13 reasons why star, 29, has put his modern and stylish home on the market for $ 2.29 million. Jon Grauman and Tara Burns of The Agency hold the list.
Upon arriving at the 2,100 square foot gated house, guests are greeted by an expansive courtyard on a quiet hill. The open concept main floor showcases the living room with a gas fireplace that leads to the dining room and kitchen, equipped with luxury appliances, a large island and massive windows.

On the ground floor, the master suite includes a walk-in closet and a private balcony that overlooks the neighborhood. The luxurious en-suite bedroom includes a cast iron bath, large shower, custom cabinets and light fixtures, and heated floors.
The house is also equipped with three additional bedrooms and bathrooms and a converted garage, suitable for a home office or a multi-purpose studio.

According to WWD, the Atlanta-born actress once lived in a three-story property in New York City for a year before moving to the West Coast in late 2017 after the success of 13 reasons why.
In July, Dorfman reintroduced herself as a trans woman. She publicly discussed her transition for the first time in Time, saying, “For a year now, I identify and live privately as a woman – a trans woman.”
“It’s funny to think about going out, because I haven’t been anywhere,” she continued. “I see today as a reintroduction to myself as a woman, having made a medical transition. Coming out is always considered a great revelation, but I have never been absent. Today is a Clarity: I’m a trans woman. My pronouns are she / she. My name is Tommy. “
