Being actively involved and managing the Drupal-Indy group over the last few years, I have seen how local groups can swing in attendance and interest. In this session I will talk about some of the ideas we have incorporated into our group including Hackfests, class-style meetups, bar socials, special case study events, and a number of extra ideas that we are currently moving forward with.
